Mr. Gnazzo has more than 30 years experience as a chief ethics and compliance officer including serving as the recently served as senior vice president and general manager of CA Technologies for their public-sector business;  vice president, business practices (Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer) at United Technologies Corporation (UTC); and as associate general counsel and chief trial attorney for the US Navy.

Pat is an Executive Fellow at Bentley College’s Center for Business Ethics, a member of the Procurement Roundtable and the Board of Advisors of the National Contract Management Association. He is a frequent lecturer on ethics and compliance.
