Monique Buckles

Senior Consultant

Ms. Buckles has more than 25 years experience as an attorney and compliance official providing leadership on corporate legal and regulatory matters to include designing and managing compliance and ethics programs to meet federal and state regulatory requirements, managing organizational and personal conflicts-of-interest programs, developing risk assessment tools and technology solutions to assist in monitoring compliance preparation and overseeing the administration of corporate compliance and ethics training.


Ms. Buckles also provides oversight on matters involving the management and protection of classified information.

Robert Fuller

Senior Consultant

Mr. Fuller has over 30 years experience in project management and business advisory services. He has direct experience in large-scale project management, information technology management, accounting and administrative services, procurement processes, and operations and productivity improvements. He has provided independent verification and validation services and quality assurance reviews.


He has extensive experience managing large complex engagements and multinational project teams. He was previously a partner with Deloitte Consulting. He is a Certified Ethics Professional and a Certified Management Consultant.

Elizabeth McClintock

Senior Consultant

Ms. McClintock possesses 14 years’ experience as an attorney counseling and advising government and corporate officials on government contracting and compliance matters. She has served within a federal agency and in-house at a corporation. Ms. McClintock has experience coordinating with and advising civil and criminal investigators and attorneys on acquisition fraud investigations, criminal proceedings, qui tam litigation, affirmative False Claims Act litigation, suspension and debarment actions, and administrative agreements.


Ms. McClintock’s in-house experience also included legal responsibility for the company’s US Public Sector Sales Business Unit, overall responsibility for the company’s US Public Sector Compliance Program, and advising senior technology executives on liabilities, restrictions, and risks of proposed commercial transactions with customers in highly regulated sectors, which included federal, state, and local government, healthcare, and financial.
